They are not twins – but they are sisters – and they’ve been playing and singing together since they could walk. They formed their first band in high school and they’ve made a name for themselves in their home state of North Dakota. Now, Kendra and Krista are on Country radio with their first song, “Shoot Tequila.” The song first started getting noticed when they posted a short clip on TikTok.
When they first moved to Nashville they landed a weekly gig at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. They would play four-hour sets and perform three or so nights a week. They developed a reputation for putting on fun and entertaining shows, gaining new fans along the way.
Their first original song, “Somebody Does,” helped them get a record gig when it topped the iTunes chart. Their self-titled EP came out in July 2021. Their their latest EP is callled, “Blonde.” They say it is deeply personal with songs of female empowerment. “Shoot Tequila,” has over 60 million views across social media. Check it out below.
