The Haysville Community Library is closed until further notice as staff works to deal with an insect problem.
The bug infestation was discovered on Saturday, September 16th and the library has been working with exterminators to determine the extent of the problem.
The library created a temporary check-in system at the gazebo north of the library building, and staff will be working there from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The library is also offering an app called “LIBBY” for visitors to get access to online material.
