A Hutchinson man was killed Thursday in a two-vehicle crash in Harvey County.
A car and an SUV collided at Northwest 12th Street and North Sand Hill Road, northeast of Burrton. Emergency crews were called to the scene around 4:45 p.m.
The driver of the car, 29-year-old Cody Pfeifer of Hutchinson, was taken to a hospital with critical injuries and he was later pronounced dead. The driver of the SUV was taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Deputies said the car was going west when it collided with the southbound SUV at the intersection. The crash is still under investigation.
