1. The Republican lead house just passed a $14.5B aid bill for Isreal. However, President Biden is expected to veto it because in order to pay for the Bill, Republicans want to drastically cut funding to the IRS, specifically the money being spent to go after people who cheat on their taxes

2. The newest and final Beatles song, “Now and Then” was released yesterday.  The music video will be released today.  This was a song Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison started work on in 1995 based on a John Lennon demo.

3. Yes there is a warming trend here in the Wichita area, but in preparation for Winter, the city just announced a new, emergency winter shelter for the homeless will open in a few weeks.

4. Six Flags just announced an $8B merger with Cedar Fair, the company that owns parks like Knotts Berry Farm, Cedar Point and Worlds of Fun in Kansas City. The combined company will operate a portfolio of 27 amusement parks, 15 water parks and 9 resort properties across 17 states in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

5. And Ticketmaster’s parent company Live Nation posted some pretty meaty 3rd Quarter earnings of $8.2B dollars.  They say it’s because of the success of tours from Taylor Swift and Beyonce.  That’s BS, you and I both know those big earnings are all because of the ridiculous fees they charge …..I said what I said…and THAT’S TRENDING
