1. It’s CMA night – expect laughter, surprises, great performances and big wins. One of the surprises may have been leaked by Luke Bryan, who during an interview said he’s excited to see Morgan Wallen, Hardy and Post Malone do the Joe Diffie tribute. 2. The 2024 Sun Goes Down tour is going to be one of the hottest tickets of 2024. Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, Megan Moroney and Uncle Cracker. The tour will stop at Arrowhead on July 6th. Tickets go on sale to No Shoes Nation on Monday, to the general public on Friday November 17th
3. Jon Pardi’s wife Summer has given an update on Jon and the rest of the family after strep and covid caused the cancellation of several shows. She posted on social media saying he’s getting better every day and is ready to get back to business.
4. Congrats to Jordan Davis, winning his first ASCAP Country Music Songwriter/Artist of the Year award. Ashley Gorley won his 10th ASCAP Country Music Songwriter of the Year award who has officially been dubbed “the winningest ASCAP songwriter in the country format.”
5. And Mitchell Tenpenny has a thing for watches and Jason Aldean picked up on that. To thank Mitchell for coming out on the Highway Desperado tour with him, Jason gifted Mitchell a Rolex…but not just any Rolex, it was a “Starbucks Rolex” – nicknamed that due to it’s distinctive green and black color scheme. Mitchell says he’ll think of Jason and the tour everytime he wears it.
