Chocolate brownies are being recalled in 14 states because of undeclared peanuts. The FDA says about 500 cases of brownies by Dianne’s Fine Desserts of Massachusetts are being voluntarily recalled because a peanut allergy warning was left off the packaging.
A statement released Wednesday says people with a severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of a life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product. A list of states included in the recall can be found on the FDA website. The list includes Missouri and Arkansas.
