Two of the three men accused in a shooting at a Wichita club last summer have waived their right to a preliminary hearing.

During a court appearance Thursday, a judge scheduled arraignment for December 21st for 23-year-old Jaylen Thomas.   He is one of three men charged in a July 2nd shooting incident at the City Nightz club in Old Town.  Police said 11 people were injured in the shooting, with nine injured from gunfire and two others trampled as people tried to get out of the club in the 200 block of North Washington.

Thomas is charged with attempted first degree murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and unlawful discharge of a firearm in the city limits.

The second man charged in the shooting, 19-year-old Ameir King-Ingram, also waived his preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery, criminal possession of a weapon, and unlawful discharge of a firearm within city limits.   He is being held on a bond of $500,000 and an arraignment was scheduled in December.

The third suspect, 27-year-old John Houze, has a hearing scheduled later.
