Superstar songwriter Shane McAnally is nominated for a Grammy this year for Songwriter of the Year which he says is surprised him. He says country music is huge right now but with names like Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs and Zach Bryan – all names he doesn’t work with. He did write one song for Morgan, “7 Summers”, but that may be a one off because Shane says there is a gap in their political views.
