Wichita police have arrested three more suspects in a fatal shooting that left two teenagers dead.
Police said Wednesday they have arrested three boys, ages 15, 16 and 17, on two counts of felony murder. Police earlier arrested a 14-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man.
The shooting happened shortly before midnight January 26th in the 5200 block of East Kensington, in a neighborhood east of the intersection of 17th and Oliver. Two teenage boys later walked into a hospital with gunshot wounds, and they died a short time later. They were identified as 19-year-old Jhiquez Roberts and 14-year-old Emoni Shears. Investigators said the teens all knew each other and they had arranged to meet at the location on Kensington.
