Authorities in Oklahoma are investigating the disappearance of two southwest Kansas women.
A vehicle belonging to 27-year-old Veronica Butler and 39-year-old Jilian Kelley of Hugoton was found abandoned near Highway 95 and Road L in rural Texas County, in the Oklahoma panhandle. Investigators said the women were on their way to pick up children, but never showed up at the pickup location.
The women’s disappearance is considered suspicious in nature.
