Call it a “5G OMG” – T-Mobile recently presented a check for $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity. With the housing shortage crisis here in Wichita, this money couldn’t have come at a better time. The funds will specifically earmarked to support the “Impactful Women Build” program that empowers women to get into construction. Danielle Johnson, the executive director for Habitat for Humanity expressed her gratitude for the gift from T-Mobile, thanking them for taking an interest and answering the call to help fund affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity has now served over 300 families in the area since starting in 1986.
