Police in Hutchinson said a man was truck and killed by a train early Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to Avenue D and Washington Street around 1:45 p.m. and they found 61-year-old Daniel Raya lying on the tracks. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
