Wichita firefighters have been on the scene of an apartment fire near the downtown area.
The fire was reported shortly before 9 a.m. at the Villa Del Mar apartments in the 500 block of North Nims. Crews reported a fire on a balcony with some minor extension into two or three apartment units.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
