The Butler County Sheriff’s Office has identified the three people who were killed in a house fire last weekend near Rose Hill.
The victims were identified as 80-year-old Paula Williams; her son, 55-year-old Phillip Williams; and his wife, Melissa K. Williams.
Crews got Paula Williams out of the house when they arrived, while Phillip and his wife were found inside the home after the fire was out.
The fire broke out around 3 a.m. on April 20th at a home in the 15,400 block of County Line Road. Investigators are still looking into the cause of the fire, which left the home as a total loss.
