The National Weather Service said an EF-2 tornado caused damage in Harper County during Saturday night’s severe thunderstorm activity.
The tornado was reported west of Anthony, and it destroyed a family farm 8 miles west of the city. The tornado was on the ground for 6 minutes and it had wind speeds of 125 miles an hour. No injuries were reported.
The Weather Service also confirmed that an EF-0 tornado touched down near Hazelton, in Barber County. The storm caused tree damage but no injuries were reported.
