A Wichita man is accused of using a hidden camera to record an underage girl.

Christopher Garnier is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a child and six counts of breach of privacy. Investigators say Garnier allegedly used an alarm clock with a hidden camera in it to record a female in a bedroom, and the camera was connected to an app on Garnier’s cell phone.

Garnier is a former employee at Wichita State University where he served as WSU business school’s director of executive education.

A preliminary hearing in the case has been scheduled for June 17th.
