Police have not identified the five victims of a shooting incident in south Wichita, but they said the victims were all men, ages 39, 42, 55, 67 and 68.
Police found the victims at two locations Sunday evening.
Officers were called to a shooting report around 5:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Santa Fe, and a man was found dead from a gunshot wound. A second shooting location was reported in the 1900 block of South Laura where three men were found dead. A fifth man was found inside a home in the area and that person later died from gunshot wounds.
Police believe the victims knew each other and the suspected gunman is believed to be one of the victims. The shooting is being investigated as a possible murder-suicide.
