Three men were arrested after shots were fired at Wichita police officers during a traffic stop.
Officers stopped a car shortly after 12 a.m. Sunday near 24th Street North and Rosenthal, then shots were fired and the car sped away. Officers chased it through north Wichita and it went out of control near 2nd and Piatt. People ran from the car but officers caught them with the help of a K-9 unit and a drone team.
Three men, ages 20, 18 and 17, were arrested and police recovered a pistol. There were no injuries from the incident.
