Today, the AWESOME and the smiles come from Charlotte, North Carolina. Hugo the mailman recently lost his retainer. One of the stops on his route was a local dentists office. While delivering he left a note asking, “I was wondering if you make retainers. I ask because I recently lost mine.” What happened next was so unexpected. Hugo got a note back that said they did make retainers and they would be happy to make him one, free of charge.
