Today, I salute Marine Veteran Chris Carter and the organization he founded, Veterans Overcoming Obstacles (VO2). Chris struggled with addiction after his time in the military, but has now been sober for over 11 years and is helping others who may be in his same situation overcome it. Thanks to his organization, he is helping veterans who served our country find their purpose through health and wellness through CrossFit workouts and 5K events. Thank you, Chris, for serving your community and helping other Veterans, and THANK YOU for your service.
