The American Music Awards are doing some damage control after performances from Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani that fans were under the impression would be live, appeared to be “taped live.” Blake responded by saying, “Just now seeing these stories about Gwen and I pre-taping our performances for the AMA’s. We came and performed when the show asked us to.. Really, nothing else to say.”
