He’s friendly, kind, and treats his customers like friends. Little did he know the type of impact it would have on one woman. She didn’t say much then, but after her visit, she left a handwritten note on her receipt thanking Heath for “saving her life.” The powerful message revealed that something as simple as being treated with compassion and warmth can make all the difference, especially on someone’s darkest day.
