Today, the AWESOME is in Mansfield, Texas. His students call him “Coach Mutt.” Jason Mutterer is the Principal at Summit High School. His entire 23-year career as an educator has been at Summit High School. As seniors graduated this year, he displayed another example of why those who work at schools and help guide our children are such special people. Coach Mutt delivered 443 handwritten letters to each one of his graduating seniors. With the note was a single, one-dollar bill. The note read:

“I’ve done a small act of kindness by providing each of you with a handwritten letter and a dollar,” he said during the graduation ceremony, turning his back to the crowd to speak directly to the students. “But 443 random acts of kindness can start a ripple of positivity and an impactful change.”

An example of kindness and how it can change the world, Coach Mutt, you’re AWESOME!
