Today, I salute Air Force Veteran Noel Pollard. Noel loves helping other veterans and riding his motorcycle, and he has combined the two as a rider with the American Legion and a group of riders. He and his fellow riders do a lot for military members and their families. A few months ago, his bike broke down, and the part he needed was discontinued. That’s when Newton High School grad Charlie Musser came along. Not only did Charlie make the part Noel needed, but he also made a spare. He said he liked doing challenging things and took making the discontinued part on as a new challenge. Charlie, thank you for helping Noel. Noel, thank you for helping other Veterans, and THANK YOU for your service.
