Today, I salute Navy Veteran Kenneth Palmer. Kenneth is the founder of “Valor Horses for Heroes.” It is a program that is very personal to him due to his military service and the fact that he spent over 10 years as a firefighter. “Valor Horses for Heroes” offers trauma therapy to first responders, law enforcement personnel, military personnel, veterans, and their families. Currently, Kenneth’s program has six horses and a team of licensed therapists dedicated to aiding in recovery. The program is easily accessible and accepts most insurance. In some cases, departments will cover the cost of therapy for first responders. Thank you for helping Veterans and First Responders, Kenneth, and THANK YOU for your service.
