Today, I salute Army Veteran Kevin Cochie for his quick thinking and heroism. Kevin had just returned to his apartment when he heard screams from down the hall. He opened his door to find a naked woman running and yelling for help. As he sprinted down the hall on the 11th floor, the woman yelled, “He’s going to kill me.” He sent the woman to his apartment for safety and then relied on his military training to act and subdue the suspect and restrain him until police arrived. Kevin says he comes from a background where you help, and he was glad he was there. Thank you, Kevin, for your bravery and THANK YOU for your service.
