President Donald Trump said he plans to appeal a federal appeals court decision that voided most of his so-called reciprocal tariffs against countries late Friday. The tariffs will remain in effect until Oct. 14, per the court’s ruling, barring a superseding decision from the Supreme Court. If the court’s ruling stays, an estimated 16% of goods entering the US will be subject to Trump’s tariffs, down from 69%.
