ABC announced on Wednesday that it was pulling Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night talk show off the air “indefinitely” after Brendan Carr, the Federal Communications Commission chair, criticized comments Kimmel made earlier this week about the motives of the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Carr also suggested the FCC could move to revoke ABC affiliate licenses as a way of forcing Disney, the network’s parent company, to punish Kimmel.
A true crime mystery is trending. The body of a girl that was found in the trunk of an impounded Tesla on Sept. 8, which is registered to popular singer D4vd, has been identified by authorities. The 15-year-old girl, Celeste Rivas, was identified through forensics. D4vd is cooperating with authorities who are not saying if they have a suspect in the case. In light of the news, D4vd canceled his tour stop in Seattle.
And blame it on exhaustion, or Kentucky bourbon seeping into the drinking water. Following the flooding in Kentucky, there has been an increase in sightings of what witnesses describe as goblins. Witnesses describe them as the size of small children, with big ears and eyes, and they resemble Dobby the House Elf from the Harry Potter films. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Sightings of the little green men in Kentucky go back 70 years.
