President Donald Trump has a full plate today. He has landed in Israel, all 20 of the surviving hostages in Gaza have been released, and the shutdown of the U.S. Government heads into a new week with no signs of either side flinching to end it any time soon.
The Lions-Chiefs game didn’t go into overtime last night, but someone forgot to tell the players. After time expired and the Chiefs had won 30-17, a fight broke out when players and teams were supposed to be shaking hands. Instead, they were throwing hands, and it took coaches and officials a few minutes to get it all sorted out.
And you may make more than a ‘run for the border’ if you compete in this unique ultramarathon event in Denver. It’s the International Taco Bell 50k Ultramarathon. The 31-mile race is a loop throughout Denver and includes mandatory stops at 10 area Taco Bells. The rules also state that you have to order something at nine of the 10 Taco Bells, and you actually have to eat the food. That includes one Chalupa Supreme or one Crunchwrap Supreme by the fourth stop, and one Burrito Supreme or one Nachos BellGrande by the eighth stop. And if you vomit, you’re out. When the race is over, I’m sure there’s a Baja Blast…
