Parker McCollum has enjoyed highs and lows in the last month. His song, “What Kinda Man,” just became his latest number one. That’s the good news. The not-so-good news is his assistant road manager, Joel Schoepf, was arrested on Nov. 13th and charged with online solicitation of a minor under the age of 14. Parker immediately fired Joel, and no further details have been released.
So many great stories and performances from last night’s CMA Country Christmas. One of those stories seems a little odd. Megan Moroney talked about her family tradition. On Christmas Eve, they watch “It’s A Wonderful Life,” and her dad bakes chocolate chip cookies. Then on Christmas Day, they eat a lobster. Maybe it has something to do with the ‘Feast of the Seven Fishes.’
And Morgan Wallen appeared to throw shade at the CMA Awards and other award shows yesterday. Apple Music posted that his album “I’m The Problem” was the most listened to album on Apple Music in 2025. Wallen commented in the post, “I like to let my fans do the talking.”
