Once again, it appears I was able to tell the future. Earlier in the year, Florida Georgia Line’s label put out an album of old stuff and a couple of things from the vault. Then, a couple of weeks ago, Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley were spotted together at the CMAs. Now, Tyler has revealed that he and Brian are working on repairing their friendship. All signs point to a possible FGL reunion, maybe as early as next year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jelly Roll just got an early Christmas gift; he’s been pardoned. Yesterday (Thursday, Dec. 18th), Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee pardoned Jelly Roll for two robbery and drug felonies issued before 2010 in Davidson County, offering him forgiveness from the state. Lee told reporters, “His story is remarkable, and it’s a redemptive, powerful story, which is what you look for and what you hope for. It was evident to me that this is a man who should get a pardon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And Miranda Lambert is the latest country artist dipping her toe in the TV streaming pool. The “A Song to Sing” singer is bringing her storytelling skills from the stage to the screen. The news has just dropped that the country superstar will serve as executive producer on a new untitled scripted series for Hulu inspired by her powerful discography.
