Today, I salute U.S. Army Veteran Nick Rinn. Nick loves Oregon; he grew up there, and after high school, he decided to go into the U.S. Army as a construction equipment operator. He spent 2 years on active duty and 9 years in the Army National Guard. Nick also worked security at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.  Since then, he has found real purpose as a rescue diver. Nick founded Oregon Rescue Divers. It’s a job that’s not for everyone. Nick explains that there are certain things that he and his crew do that a lot of people probably wouldn’t want to do. And they shouldn’t have to. Body recovery is a unique form of using your scuba diving skills, and he focuses on the job and the things he sees so others don’t have to. Thank you for doing what you do, Nick, and THANK YOU for your service.
