President Trump spoke in Switzerland yesterday, and it appears tensions over Greenland are going away. The President agreed to recognize the island nation’s sovereignty, but did strike a deal that could allow more U.S. military bases to be built there to address the President’s global security concerns. He also used the speech to launch his new “Board of Peace.”
Winter storm Fern is a monster. Forecasters across the country are warning 30 states and over 200 million Americans to be prepared for the “coldest winter storm ever.” Here in the Wichita area, the consensus seems to be calling for almost a foot of snow. However, other parts of the country are expecting two to three feet of snow. Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana are bracing for a lot of ice, and in states like Minnesota and Wisconsin, they’ve been told to be on the lookout for exploding trees with temperatures predicted to drop as low as -50 degrees.
And if you saw the live-action Snow White last year or the reboot of War of the Worlds starring Ice Cube, congrats, you saw the worst movies of 2025. The two films lead the Razzie awards with six nominations. The Razzies are presented on March 14th, a day before the Oscars. All I know is, I watched War of the Worlds at home, and it was so bad I walked out of my own house,
