A huge pile of Epstein Files documents was released by the Justice Department over the weekend. It’s a ‘who’s who’ of the rich and powerful. Donald Trump’s name was mentioned thousands of times in these new documents. Other names appearing in the new documents include Elon Musk, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew, Virgin billionaire Richard Branson, Jay-Z, and co-owner of the New York Giants Steven Tisch.

There’s something fishy going on on TikTok. Canned fish is trending. More specifically, Sardines. The current cultural obsession with sardines isn’t being driven by memes or even insatiable cravings. It’s all about health, beauty, and the Gen Z concept of “maxxing,” In this case, maxxing the omega-3, the vitamin D, the skin, heart health, and more. This is nothing new to me. Born British, I grew up on sardines and herring, and would eat “Kippers on buttered toast” a lot. It’s so good, and now I’m craving it.

Today is the day that prognosticating whistle pig, the forboding borrow beaver, the great guessing groundhog known as Punxatawney Phil, gets ripped from his home slumber to be held up in the air like Simba from The Lion King and forced to foretell an early spring or a lingering winter. Yes, it’s Groundhog Day, and it all goes down just after 7 am. Remember, shadow equals more winter; no shadow equals early spring.
