Yesterday, the Oklahoma Senate officially passed a resolution that will name the east-west connector turnpike, “Toby Keith Expressway.” The roadway named in Keith’s honor, which is now set to be built, will extend from Interstate 44 east to I-35 near Indian Hills Road, continuing east and north to I-40 at the Kickapoo Turnpike.
