Today, I salute Navy Veteran Jim Serger and Cory Hardy. Jim Serger launched an inspiring cross-country campaign to honor the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Alongside fellow veteran Cory Hardy, Serger plans a 3,500-mile bicycle journey from California to New York City, with meaningful stops at the Pentagon, Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and the 9/11 Memorial. Representing veterans from Montana and Ohio, the ride aims to commemorate those lost and honor America’s heroes. The campaign also raises funds for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which has supported first responders, veterans, and their families since 9/11.
