It was an eventful weekend at Stagecoach. Theo Von sang a duet with Ella Langley, Boyz II Men joined Cody Johnson on Stage, and Lainey Wilson did not disappoint during her headlining set, despite at one point having to navigate an evacuation order due to strong winds. When the show continued, she thanked fans for sticking with her and hoped that they sat in their cars and drank tequila for a while.
Texas country music fans also had to deal with weather issues. at the Lonestar Smokeout in Arlington. Koe Wetzel went on early to beat the weather, but Mother Nature won after a couple of songs. So, Koe did the next best thing and moved the party indoors to Texas Live and did a pop up show there to the delight of fans.
And fans in the UK got quite a surprise during their Kacey Musgraves look alike contest. The Grammy-winning singer was overseas promoting her new album and decided to surprise a group of fans dressed like their favorite “Dry Spell” singer.
