Butler County investigators have arrested two former Wichita residents in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in 2010.
New information and evidence led to two suspects in South Carolina. Butler County detectives went to Simpsonville, South Carolina on Sunday and arrested a man and woman, both 32 years of age. They are expected to be extradited back to Kansas to face charges.
19-year-old German Clerici of Wichita was reported missing in February, 2010, and his body was later found in a culvert east of Augusta. His car was found on East 21st Street in Wichita in June of 2010.
