UPDATE: Ramps have been reopened and traffic is back to normal.
Ramps from I-135 to eastbound Kellogg were closed after a crash earlier this morning.
Several cars were involved in crashes on eastbound and westbound Kellogg near Hillside. The eastbound crash resulted in cars ending up on both shoulders. Traffic from I-135 to eastbound Kellogg is blocked while crews are moving the cars involved. Kellogg is still open but traffic is backed up, with only the center lane open.
Traffic on westbound Kellogg appears to be back to normal.
