A man and woman from Parsons, Kansas were each sentenced to 60 years in prison for committing sexual crimes against children.
26 year old Dustin Strom pleaded guilty in June to two counts of conspiracy to commit sexual exploitation of a child (production of child pornography). 28 year old Thommie-Lyn Stansky also pleaded guilty in July to the same charges.
Court documents said that Strom and Stansky were living together as a couple, and shared images of themselves abusing two victims, ages 4 and 2.
In August of last year, a social media platform reported Strom to law enforcement after some images were sent to other people via the Internet. Federal agents examining Stansky and Strom’s cell phones and social media accounts found communications between them in which they discussed the sexual abuse of children and child pornography.
Homeland Security Investigations and Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigated the case.
