A 23-year-old Hutchinson man was arrested in connection to a fatal fentanyl-related overdose.
The suspect was arrested on a probable cause warrant for distribution of a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance causing death. The man’s arrest stemmed from an investigation into the fatal overdose that happened in Hutchinson in June of last year.
