A Sedgwick County judge has ruled that a man accused of kicking a 1-year-old at a grocery store.
Former model Trace Riff is facing felony aggravated battery charges for the incident in December. He is accused of kicking a 1-year-old boy inside of a grocery store at Douglas and Hillside.
He was tackled by customers and employees until police arrived to the store. The child was not seriously hurt.
