No one showed up to a nine-year-old kid’s birthday party in Michigan recently.  So a cop he met on his birthday threw him a 2nd party the next day and brought toys, a bunch of Krispy Kreme donuts that spelled out “Happy Birthday” and even a quartet to sing to him.
