Salina police identified a dead body found that was found Monday night.
40-year-old Jason Latham, of Salina, was found in the 1900 block of N. 5th St. A resident call 911 to report the discovery. Investigators said that Latham had been dead for several days prior to being found.
Investigators said Monday that the circumstances surrounding Latham’s death were considered suspicious. An autopsy has since been completed and toxicology reports are pending.
Police are urging anyone who may know where Latham had been staying, whom he’d been associating with, or with whom he may have had contact after April 18th, 2023, to contact the Salina Police Department Detective Division at (785) 826-7210.
