A Kansas man is suing CVS Pharmacy for a stroke he suffered.
Ben Huie filed a lawsuit blaming the pharmacy for filling his prescription for a blood thinner with the wrong drug.
Huie suffered the stroke in 2017 after taking the wrong medicine.
Kansas CVS Pharmacy says it did not provide the incorrect medicine or cause the stroke.
