A prostitution sting that operated Friday has led to the arrest of 16 men.
The sting operated from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Broadway Corridor. The Broadway Corridor is designated from 21st Street N. to Pawnee and from Water St. to the west and St. Francis to the east along Broadway.
The operation was conducted by the Broadway Corridor Team, along with officers from Wichita Police Vice Section, and the Patrol West, and Patrol South Community Response Teams. The 16 men were arrested on sex trafficking related charges.
A 17th man was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
