Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors 8-year old Tyler Stallings.  At the age of 4 Tyler first learned about homeless veterans and told his mom he wanted to help by building them houses.  While that was a bit ambitious, with the help of his mom and a gofundme page, he settled on what he calls “Hero Bags”.  Over the last 4 years, Tyler has helped 3,000 veterans with his “Hero Bags” that are filled with items like hats, gloves, blankets. lip balm, tooth brushes and toothpaste, soap and more.  In 4 years, he’s raised $50,000.  Thank you Tyler for being such a great example and a helper.
