3. You heard a lot about staffing shortages with the Wichita PD as 2023 came to a close. Now, with snow on the way Friday, it’s KDOT who says that while they are preparing for the bad weather, they are doing it with their own staff shortage issues.

5. And this story blew me away. A 13-year-old just did something for the first time that no other human has been able to do. He beat the original Tetris. Now before you say, “so what”, consider this. No human has ever done it, and this kid caused the game to crash when it could no longer keep up with him, he reached a score of 999,999 and he did all this in only 38 minutes. The only other time Tetris has been beat, it was done by AI.
