The Supreme Court is unanimously ruling that former President Trump will remain on the presidential primary ballot in Colorado.

The state supreme court earlier ruled to remove Trump from the ballot, claiming he was an insurrectionist when he incited the January 6th U.S. Capitol riot.

The High Court ruled unanimously in the decision. In its decision the Court said the responsibility for enforcing Section Three of the 14th Amendment against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States. The ruling likely stops other states that are attempting to do the same.

Trump celebrated the decision in a post on his social network site Truth Social, calling it a “big win for America.”
