Argentina’s Empanadas got their start a few years ago here in Wichita and their business continues to grow. So much so, that Carolina, Paola and Chad have their sights set on not just pop up markets but a food truck.  They are currently competing on “The Great Food Truck Race” hosted by chef Tyler Florence and they have survived the first two rounds.  It was fun catching up with them talking food, soccer and more.
